Alpine Jacshirt

I have worn this jacket off and on all winter last year. I like it but I find it to be cool and must be worn as a layer. The wind passes right through with ease. I also find the top button is too high and the next button too low so I will have to move the top one down. Also the button holes are slightly too large and the buttons occasionally pop out. This jacket fits larger than expected and you might consider sizing down.

These are GREAT medium weight coats. Because they button it is easy to undo the lower button for riding in the truck. I wear these as a car coat all winter long and all during Sept to Jan Hunting season. These jackets are warm enough for hiking most days yet still cool enough to wear in the truck. Be aware they don't block wind well if you are out in the open. I have never worn one of these completely out though I have had to patch the sleeves on a couple. I order a new one about every 20 years or so because my old ones seem to mysteriously shrink ;-), just like my other jackets have. Wish they still made the green and black version, it is nice to have a couple of color choices for variety and to match what I am wearing better.
