Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can offer an exchange or issue a refund or a gift card, whichever is requested. Exchanges will only be issued for changes in size. Exchanges for new items will be treated as a new order with applicable shipping charges. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as purchased with the tags and packaging included. We will not accept items that are used, soiled or smelling of smoke. (Sheepskin is very absorbent of odours).
Refunds, size exchanges or gift cards can be issued up to 30 days from date of purchase. Only size exchanges or gift cards will be issued for returns after 30 days. No returns after 90 days. (Exception: refunds for Christmas gift purchases made between October 1 and December 31 will be issued until January 31 of the following year). Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser via the original purchasing channel.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking fees (up to 10% of an item’s value) may be deducted from items returned without tags or damaged packaging.
Sale and Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
To make a return or exchange:
Pack the item(s) in a solid, clean box with the receipt (or a copy) with a short description of how you would like your return or exchange handled. If the receipt is not available, please provide the name of the original purchaser. Send by regular surface mail with Canada Post. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. We recommend insuring the parcel. We will not accept parcels sent by courier. Shipping charges may apply to exchanges on items purchased in store, on mailed exchanges for a different item or on multiple exchanges for one order. Items can also be brought to our store to exchange or return.
A NOTE TO OUR USA CUSTOMERS - If you purchased an item in our store or online and need to return it for any reason, please return it by parcel post. We will not accept any parcels sent by courier. Mark on the outside of the parcel "CANADIAN GOODS RETURNED". We do not offer exchanges for orders shipped to the USA. Items may be returned for a refund or gift card as per our regular return policy. Any requests for exchanges will be treated as a new order with applicable shipping charges.
