Flat Rate shipping prices only apply to regular delivery locations using Expedited ground mail. If your order is being sent to an Air Stage location, charges are not included in your order but will be added. You will be contacted shortly after placing your order for the additional charges. USA rates are calculated at checkout.
Estimated Shipping Schedule:
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days after being received if all items are in stock.
Default shipping method is Canada Post Expedited mail with signature required for proof of delivery. We reserve the right to ship by alternative methods for any order. If you would prefer to not have the signature requirement please contact our store before your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped we cannot remove the signature requirement.
Minimum shipping and handling charge is $16.00.
If for any reason we are unable to fill your order, we will advise you by email.
If all ordered items are in stock, you can expect the following shipping schedule:
Manitoba and Northern Ontario: 1 week
Southern Ontario: 1-2 weeks
Quebec and Atlantic Provinces: 2-3 weeks
Western Provinces: 1-3 weeks
XpressPost Shipping is available and can be selected at checkout.

Any parcel lost or damaged in transit will not be replaced until Canada Post confirms parcel has been lost or damaged. Any replacement order sent before confirmation from Canada Post will have to be paid in full prior to shipping. The original order will be refunded once we receive the original parcel back or Canada Post confirms the original parcel has been lost or damaged.
