Doesn't matter if it rains, or sleets with these. As a formwork carpenter, there's plenty of heavy lifting in wet weather in Vancouver. We don't stop for rain or snow.
That heavy lifting in sealed raingear roasts us, so we get soaked in sweat or just water.
With wool, it's fairly water resistant, and it BREATHES, so we don't overheat, and aren't clammy cold when the heavy lifting dies down.
Well worth the outlay, and very rip resistant against the unprotected dowels the rodbusters leave exposed.
