Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Rates are based on items ordered and shipping destination. Applicable taxes will be applied at checkout. 

We offer shipping via Canada Post and Courier. Shipping options may be limited based on order size and destination.  

Estimated Shipping Schedule: If all items are in stock, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Approximate delivery time is as follows, but can vary based on parcel volume, weather and other factors:

Manitoba and Northern Ontario: 1 week 
Southern Ontario: 1-2 weeks
Quebec and Atlantic Provinces: 1-2 weeks
Western Provinces: 1-2 weeks
Air Stage Offices: 2 - 3 weeks

We pride ourselves on fulfilling your order as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please CALL TOLL FREE 1-800-465-2966 and let us know.

Canada Post Shipping: We offer Expedited and XpressPost options for Canada Post. We reserve the right to require a signature on delivery for added security. If you would prefer to not have a signature requirement please contact our store before your order is shipped.  Once your order is shipped we cannot add or remove a signature requirement. If you normally receive mail to a PO Box, please include that number as well. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is processed.

Courier Shipping: We offer courier ground service via Purolator. Your parcel may be handed off to a third party for final delivery depending on the delivery destination. We reserve the right to require a signature on delivery for added security. If you would prefer to not have a signature requirement please contact our store before your order is shipped. Courier shipping requires a physical address; no PO Boxes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is processed. 

We reserve the right to ship by alternative methods for any order. Orders placed with a PO Box for their shipping address will be sent Canada Post regardless of customer's selected shipping method.

In-Store Pickup: Orders can also be picked up at our store by selecting the In-Store Pickup option at checkout. Once you've received an emailing saying your order is ready, it can be picked up at our store, located at 20232 Highway 17, Minnitaki ON. Open from 8:00 am - 5:00pm, Monday thru Saturday.  Please allow 24 hours to prepare order for pick up.  

Lost or Damaged Parcels: Any parcel lost or damaged in transit will not be replaced until the carrier confirms parcel has been lost or damaged.  Any replacement order sent before confirmation will have to be paid in full prior to shipping. The original order will be refunded once we receive the original parcel back or the carrier confirms the original parcel has been lost or damaged. Any claim for a lost or damaged parcel must be received within 30 days of the order's original estimated delivery date or we will be unable to proceed with the claim.

Unclaimed or Refused Parcels: Orders that are returned to our store at our cost (for example, unclaimed or refused) may be subject to a restocking fees up to an amount equal to the original shipping cost.

International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within Canada.  Orders to the US have been suspended due to recent tariffs disputes.
