Best gloves for working outside in winter

I work carpentry outside during winter and these gloves are by far the warmest gloves I’ve worn. I don’t wear them alone. I wear them with cotton liners. In -30 they are better than any thing else I’ve tried.. They wear out for sure, but no more than 3 pairs are needed for the whole winter.
